Hi Scott! My husband and I are really enjoying the coffee! We had Christmas Eve at our house and served it to our family and they all loved it too!!! Can’t wait to place my next order! Have a Happy Healthy New Year!

I just had to tell everyone that not only is this the best coffee I have ever had, and I have had many. This is the first time I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from someone who stands by his product. I placed my pre-order back in November. I received it mid December. Although I had ordered the Variety 3 Pack- French Vanilla which consist of French Roast, French Vanilla and Breakfast Blend. I received 3 bags of the French Vanilla. I just figured that meant I had to place another order. Well low and behold today I received a shipment from Scotty’s P Big Mug Coffee with a bag of the Breakfast Blend and French Roast. And if I would pick my phone up when I get an unknown number I am sure it would of been Scott Patterson calling to apologize for the mix up. Because that is the kind of man he is. He is a very humble honest person who has great customer service and I wish him all the best in the world and I know his company will go far because it is the best coffee in the world.

I received my variety pack and two mugs yesterday, Dec 27.
I did not receive a phone call apologizing for the delay, but I did receive a quick reply to an email I sent to find out if there was a problem with my order. And while I was disappointed that my husband and I couldn’t drink our first cup on Christmas morning as I had hoped, I’m glad it’s here now so that we can toast to good health and prosperity in 2018. Thanks for doing your best Scotty P!! ☕️☕️

So excited to receive my call today to explain the delay. Thank so the amazing customer service, that is a lost art these days…Can’t wait to get my coffee and also send a bag along with a Luke’s diner mug to a sweet gal for Christmas. Looking forward to continuing to support Scotty Ps.

Received a very nice call today to personally apologize for the delay in my coffee shipment. The call was much appreciated but unnecessary considering I haven’t even felt like there has been a delay. Glad to hear they are busy enough to feel delayed! Glad to see (hear) a company honestly concerned about doing right by their customers! Can’t wait to try my first cup and second cup and third cup and…..

I was very excited to get this for my wife for Christmas.
She is the biggest coffee fan I know and she LOVES the Breakfast Blend.

My daughter and I received our bag of Scotty P’s Breakfast Blend, and I have to say it is the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when we ordered, but we were blown away by the fact that it tasted so good from our cheap little coffee pot. It is a bold and smooth flavor, with absolutely no bitter after taste. We brewed a strong pot, and a weaker pot for comparison, and each of them tasted great. We live in a town where drive up coffee shops are on every corner, and usually we’d rather stop there than brew a pot at home, but today we chose to drive home because we knew their coffee wouldn’t compare to Scotty P’s. Well done, you’ve got a customer for life.

Hi, Mr. Patterson,
Just wanted to share this story with you. I’ll try to keep it short. My Mom and I lost my Dad last year, and of course, it was pretty devastating. For me, my Mom and Dad reminded me of Luke and Lorelei, my Dad in the baseball cap and the plaid shirt and my Mom with coffee addiction. My Dad would make coffee for my Mom every morning, even through his illness. Since we lost him, my mother hasn’t had too many happy days. Watching the show for her was a bit of a catharsis, seeing the characters (cast) deal with the loss of one of their own held special significance, in wake of our own loss. I apologize for not keeping this short, but receiving that coffee in the mail put a smile on my Mom’s face, and for my Mom, who loves coffee, it was like receiving a gift from my Dad. Thanks for making such a great product and for being a part of something that has meant so much. God bless! Many blessings to you and your family in the new year.
