What is your shipping policy?

Our goal is to offer you a pleasurable buying experience and great customer service.

Currently all coffees sold either on SCOTTYP.COM or Amazon ship only to addresses in the U.S.

Please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to be notified of updated international shipping options. 

When available, some of our merchandise may ship worldwide. 

Some Coffee Gift Boxes featured on our site may ship internationally. Please refer to the product description for more information

 

What is your return policy?

All coffee sales on SCOTTYP.COM are final.

If you require assistance with your Amazon coffee order, please contact Amazon customer service directly. They handle the processing of all orders, fulfillment, and shipping. 

Coffee is a perishable food item that is roasted and/or ground so returns on opened OR unopened products can not be accepted. 

Merchandise orders placed on SCOTTYP.COM (apparel, hats, and mugs) may be returned for a refund only if they are damaged in shipment, defective, or misprinted.

All merchandise products are "print on demand" therefore exchanges for size, etc. will not be honored. Contact support@scottyp.com for assistance with merchandise orders.

Yes, we also carry a variety of Certified Organic and Fair Trade coffees.
