What is your shipping policy?
Our goal is to offer you a pleasurable buying experience and great customer service. Currently all coffees sold on SCOTTYP.COM and Amazon ship to addresses in the U.S. only and our merchandise ships worldwide.
Some boxes featured on our site may ship internationally. Please refer to product description.
What is your return policy?
All coffee sales on SCOTTYP.COM are final.
If you require assistance with your Amazon coffee order, please contact Amazon customer service. Coffee is a perishable food item that is roasted and/or ground so returns on any opened or unopened products can not be accepted.
Merchandise orders placed on SCOTTYP.COM (apparel, hats, and mugs) may be returned for a refund only if they are damaged in shipment, defective, or misprinted. All products are "print on demand" therefore exchanges for size, etc. will not be honored. Contact support@scottyp.com for assistance with merchandise orders.
Coffee Specifics, Ingredients:
All coffees are Grade 1 Specialty Coffee, 100% Arabica, hand-selected, and micro-roasted European-style.
We strive to bring a wide range of blends and roasts that offer an amazing taste, and yet is reasonably priced. We source and buy coffees from over 30 different countries and offer an endless array of blend and roast level options and over 50 flavored coffees.
We personally select green beans from plantations and co-ops directly, which allows for better quality control and gives Fair Trade assurance by confirming that sustainable practices are in place.
We also carry Certified Organic and Fair Trade coffees. Please email support@scottyp.com for information.
All products are Certified Kosher and gluten free.
Coffee does not contain gluten naturally and any flavorings that may be added to coffees are gluten free as well.
Our coffees do not contain carbs, calories, sugars, or artificial sweeteners.
Scotty P's Big Mug Coffee does not use genetically modified ingredients in any of our products and will continue to monitor the raw materials used to insure genetically modified ingredients are not used in any part of the manufacturing process.
All Scotty P's Big Mug Coffees are vegan. Our coffee is processed completely from natural green coffee and does not contain any materials produced from, or substances derived from animal origin. The manufacturing process does not use any ingredient of animal origin nor do our products come in contact with any animal products during storage and transportation.
All non-flavored coffees are 100% natural and contain no artificial or synthetic ingredients.
Scotty P's Big Mug Coffee flavored coffees are generally 97% natural by weight.
Flavored coffees may contain artificial flavorings, typically no more than 3% by weight.
No coffee produced by Scotty P's Big Mug Coffee contains or comes in contact with any ingredients that may be considered allergens such as:
Milk and milk products, Egg and egg products, Soybean and soybean products, Wheat and wheat products, Peanuts and peanut products, Tree nuts and tree nut products, Fish and fish products, or Crustaceans and crustacean products.
